Scheduled remedial works and component replacement for traction, hydraulic and MRL lifts. Repairs arising from inspections, faults and insurer recommendations. Works to restore reliability and safe operation.
EMERGENCY CALL-OUT
24/7 emergency attendance for entrapments, breakdowns and out-of-service lifts across London and Essex. Urgent response, safe passenger release, accurate fault diagnosis.
LIFT MAINTENANCE
Planned preventative maintenance tailored to your lift type, usage and compliance needs. Routine visits, clear reports and support with inspection findings. Easy to switch from your existing provider.
LIFT MODERNISATION
Targeted mechanical and electrical upgrades for ageing lifts — controllers, drives, door operators, hydraulic pump units, fixtures. UK-sourced parts wherever possible.
AUTO DIALLER UPGRADES
GSM and 4G emergency communication upgrades ahead of the BT analogue switch-off on 31 January 2027. EN 81-28 compliant, installed in half a day, programmable to any number.
LIFT INSTALLATION
New lift installations and full replacement projects. Passenger, goods, service, dumbwaiter and platform lifts. Support from specification through to commissioning and handover.
